Kids Choice aims to be an outstanding out of school provider. We tell all staff during their inductions that the question we always want them to ask is ‘is this outstanding?’. When the answer is no we address the issue immediately. We believe people enjoy working far more within a company that pushes for the highest standards.

We understand that what makes us different is the team of people that work for us. Our number one focus is on ensuring staff feel valued and looked after. It may be that for this reason we have never had any permanent staff leave us.

Some of the ways we support our staff is through termly supervisions and meetings alongside yearly appraisals and performance bonuses. In addition we regularly do complimentary staff outings and social events. Staff also benefit from free childcare, food and experiences.
