After-School Club at The Langley Academy Primary
Starting January 2026. If you are interested in a holiday provision please complete the survey below.
We will be operating an after-school club from the 5th of January. You will be able to create your own parent portal using our booking software where you can then manage all your bookings and payments. We offer ad hoc bookings up until one hour before any session starts. Alternatively you can book for the week, term or even academic year.
We will be operating a new collection procedure where parents and carers will need to go around the left side of the school to the large black gate. We will have signage here and a doorbell which we hope will make collections more efficient. If staff don’t recognise you they will ask for the collection password so please make sure you and anyone else who collects your child has this. You will set up your collection password during the registration stage.
Late payments or collections are subject to fees in line with our policies. This is currently £1 per minute after 5.45pm.
If your child is in reception please complete an all about me form prior to their first day. It can be found on our policies / forms page.

♦We do not run the breakfast club, that is still run by the school
♦We offer an after-school club that starts at 3.10 until 5.45pm. The cost is currently £10
♦All bookings are made through www.kidschoice.magicbooking.co.uk
♦ We operate out of the main hall and outside playgrounds.
♦Children will be able to have a snack on arrival alongside fresh fruit and vegetables. Fresh water is always available.

Early years children (Reception)
Reception children or EYFS (children aged 5 or under) will be assigned a key worker who you as a parent/carer will be introduced to. The key worker will ensure your child settles in well and is happy within the setting. They may also make notes on their development to ensure the environment supports them with all aspects of learning. You can always speak to the manager or email us for more information. Please fill in an All About Me form to better help us ensure your child settles in well, this can be found under the policies page.
