After-School Club at The Langley Academy Primary

We will be operating an after-school club from the 5th of January. You will be able to create your own parent portal using our booking software where you can then manage all your bookings and payments. We offer ad hoc bookings up until one hour before any session starts.
The cost is £10 for the session that runs from the end of the school day until 5.45pm
We will be operating a new collection procedure where parents and carers will need to go around the left side of the school to the large black gate. We will have signage here and a doorbell which we hope will make collections more efficient. If staff don’t recognise you they will ask for the collection password so please make sure you and anyone else who collects your child has this. You will set up your collection password during the registration stage.
Late payments or collections are subject to fees in line with our policies. This is currently £1 per minute after 5.45pm

Children will have a healthy snack on arrival as well as having some reading time. Fresh water will always be available. Our menu will be below shortly.
If your child is in reception please complete an all about me form prior to their first day. It can be found on our policies / forms page.
